Do we ship internationally?
Unfortunately, we currently only deliver within mainland UK however our partners at Royal Mile Whiskies can ship internationally, you can find their shop here.
Can you visit our distillery?
Currently, our distillery tours are postponed due to COVID-19 however The Secret Herb Garden is open everyday 10am-4pm.
Once we are able to open our distillery doors again, you can book your visit online.
You've signed up to a gin club subscription but you haven't had your first box yet?
Our gin clubs subscriptions run monthly, all our gin subscription boxes are sent out at the start of each month so when signing up you are signing up for the month ahead rather than the current month.
Example: Order placed on 15th March, your first box arrives within the first two weeks of April.
You were given a gin club voucher and can't see where to redeem it?
If you have a gin club voucher please email firstname.lastname@example.org to activate your subscription.
You are subscribed to our Gin Club but you are unable to log into your account?
