The classic Tom Collins gin cocktail is one of the easiest to make at home and for this recipe we are using our award winning Lemon Verbena gin with its taste and aroma of sherbet lemon. Our lemon verbena plants in the Glasshouse provide the basis for this gin and when we harvest the leaves and dry them the whole distillery smells of lemon sherbet 🤗
